We will endeavour to send all goods out by courier within 10 working days. Some products may take longer to due to needing manufacture prior to delivery. If the product takes longing than 10 we will inform you by email on an expected delivery time.
If you receive you merchandise and you are unhappy with it for any reason, you can return it within 7 working days. Caranz will refund the cost of the item but not the shipping and the credit card fee.
Exchanges and Refunds will be accepted up to 7 days after purchase provided that the merchandise is returned in the same condition as you received it.
If you cancel you order before the merchandise have been shipped and you paid by bank deposit you will receive a full refund.
If you cancel you order before the merchandise is shipped and you have paid by credit card you will get the value of the items refunded minus the credit fee of 3.5%.
If you cancelled your order after the merchandise is shipped and you paid by bank deposit you will get a refund minus the cost of shipping once the item has been returned.
If you cancelled your order after the merchandise is shipped and you paid by credit card you will get a refund minus the credit card fee minus the cost of shipping once the item has been returned.
If you receive a faulty item that you would like repaired or replaced. Sent the item back to Caranz. Caranz will inspect item and then send it back to the manufacturer. The manufacturer will then issue a refund or repair the goods. Caranz will keep you informed during the process.
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Caranz in relation to your use of this website, and supersede all previous agreements in respect of your use of this website.
